Jeepers it's tough to rent out a townhouse in the barracks in January. Looks like I'll have to wait till July. Anyone else having trouble?

That's pretty much always been the case. Especially for student rentals.

It's dead right now, from last week of regular classes through around the week of starting again. The market is earlier (and later for singles), even for January. I'd like my chances on a 1 or 2 bedroom place over a 3 or 4 bedroom. Just not a lot of groups that size making moves mid-year.
