I've been a residential construction manager for the last 16 years and when I finish the long term project I'm on now in 2-3 years I'd like to pivot and do something different. This industry has been really good to me but I can't keep doing this forever so this is the perfect time to make a transition.

I was a PM for Perry and Princeton Classics before becoming a trec inspector in SA. I'm in my 6th year and plan to be retired from this gig by the end of 2022 to concentrate on investments. I primarily only do new build phase inspections now, an awesome niche for me. I have a lot of questions around that as well. I spent 16 years in retail management and five now in RE. I would start appraiser classes tomorrow but am concerned about finding a sponsor for my apprenticeship. Being a residential appraiser would be a perfect job for me.
