Just found out, will tell the rest of the story when it gets resolved.

PNC is a terrible servicer. Can take weeks to get a simple payoff most banks can send in 5 minutes. So not at all surprised.

We had PNC as the servicer for the loan on the 1st house we bought, they messed up my property taxes all 4 years. Because of their rampant stupidity our escrow was always in flux..

I received a letter from my servicer that my property is being subdivided and they can't pay my property taxes. This is a 7000 sq ft residential lot.

I can't get in touch with anyone to answer the phone. I'm going to send a notice of error, but can't even find an address on their website.

been there. my prop tax a few years back was paid on the house a street away with a near identical street name.

Getting the assessors office and escrow team on the same page and getting it corrected took approx 3 months and alot of headache. hopefully its easier for you.

Yeah, when we bought this house a few years back I choose escrow but canceled it a couple weeks ago. No more escrow starting Feb. 1.

Pnc is trash, I had to deal with them with flood insurance money after Harvey. ****ing nightmare
