We do NOT want typical .7 - 1 acre lot, shoulder to shoulder.
We would be happy with larger lots.
Standoff and privacy are important to us.
Flexible on square footage, though low 3,000 would be fine.

Nice. Hollows is an awesome neighborhood. We moved to lago last year but our realtor was out of westlake. Just happened to work out. I could provide you with her name, but like I said, lago wasn't her day to day target market.

I have a house in the hollows. The realtor that you need is Mary Lyons at 512-619-3841. She lives there and was one of the original brokers when the hollows was created. She know all the back history of the lots, properties etc.

Give her a call and you will see her expertise for the hollows
