I am looking at an acreage parcel that has 3 homes and 3 mobiles. Is there a bank that will finance this? I can structure as real property with the homes (finance this part) and a separate transaction with mobiles (no financing). Any thoughts?

Is this as simple as (A) investment property with 3 homes and (B) a separate contract for the sale of mobiles? Will have to come out of pocket 30% on (A) and 100% on (B)?
