Looking for a 1-5 acre lot in in North DFW area. Preferably around the Anna, Celina, Van Alstyne area. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is selling, or planning to sell some land in that area soon. Thank you. I have a realtor I'm working with but thought I'd see if anything is popping up on TexAgs. Thanks!

North Preston Lakes is a great area. It's on the mrs. And I's bucket list, but it's considerably more expensive then we can afford. Just reminds me a lot of Indian lakes in College Station.

I wish you luck!

Absolutely insane.

I hear ya. I'm looking for 2 acres in Gunter, Van Alstyne, and Celina area. The best I've seen so far (that didn't force you to build with their custom builder) was 2 acres for $275,000.

You gotta head either West past Denton near Decatur or east towards Greenville.

Also - I really like Whitesboro personally. Only con is it's so dang far from the metroplex

Yeah, however I think in the next few years as they expand major roads and highways out that way the drive time will be cut down.

FYI just heard the other day that Gunter is getting a new subdivision north/northeast side of town. 1-2 acre lots. I'll try to get more info

This isn't the one I heard about but it's another one on the south side of town.

Never would have guessed there'd be a subdivision in that part of town. Weird man.

There's another going in on Pike over by Hidden Lakes. That's the one I've been trying to go get pictures of the signage to post for the OP but haven't made it out that way yet and I live here now haha Idk if you've been back but there are so many new people and we finally got that stop light.
