The facility in Cedar Park is quite nice. It was also recently repossessed by the bank.

Ain't that the truth! Talk about a "monument to yourself"! It represents an abuse of the public trust… but i digress.

I'd like to see the numbers on a bunch of the basketball facilities I've seen over the last few months (Houston, Round Rock, Frisco). I've seen really simple gyms that just have a couple of courts, and some very nice places with 6+ courts, nice workout areas, etc.

AAU and volleyball are pretty much year round. There are tournaments going on all the time. They don't get rained out. You can also dedicate indoor space to other uses like martial arts, soccer, batting cages, private training, etc.
Let's go, Brandon!
