Looking to buy a self storage facility in Texas, ideally around the DFW area. If anyone is looking to sell their business - I would love to take a crack at an offering that would benefit us both and hopefully cut out some commissions.

I would be if you're open to educating me on the asset class and site selection
I could be interested in development - but the red tape to build in DFW currently is rough. Would much rather buy an existing build.
