Interesting times we are living in.
I listed one of our rental properties on Zillow Thursday. This particular 3-2 home is close to Campus on the Southside.

I had four showings on Friday all with spectacular Aggies. One group has learned a trick. They had missed out on several other homes and had applications and Guarantor forms already filled out and signed.
We spent the weekend doing our part and they signed the lease this afternoon. The other three groups texted today wanting to submit their paperwork and all were heartbroken to hear it had been leased. And my rental rate is up 9% over last year.
After being scared to death when the rona hit and hearing reports of possibly no students on campus for years this is a nice change.
