We are about to go under contract for some land in Ft Bend Co. Unfortunately the realtor reps the seller and we don't have representation so I'm looking for an entity that can DD the site, permitting, etc for us before we close.

Anyone got any recs for someone local to that general Houston area that will do this for us?
