Does this remind anyone else of the person from a few years back selling their tailgate rig, but part of the deal was that they would get to use it for the following season and "show the new owner how to use it"?

My new build is about to begin framing, so I am now looking to sell the house April-August 2023. I would prefer some type of leaseback option just because I would like to not move into any storage facilities before transferring everything over to the build. I would consider early 2023 too, but these are my overall tentative goals. If a leaseback is an option then those terms and rent amount can be discussed with the buyer. I plan to move out of the current house as soon as I can after I close on the build. But my overall moving plans have not changed unless the rates skyrocket.
