  • I'm having a hard time with buyers right now. Sellers are easier. Buyers...man, its tough. Multiple, multiple offers to get something.
  • Entry level price range is the most difficult.
  • Still no inventory (1.3 months)

I did have San Antonio but Breanne Medina was so close to getting her license and joining our team that I selfishly waited so she could post the March update for her new market. And she already has two deals in the works! I'm really excited for her and the San Antonio market.

  • What a dramatic improvement for this market! This summer seems like it will be hot in Tyler!
  • 0.3 months of supply puts Tyler as probably the lowest inventory in Texas.
  • Supply constraints would explain the uptick in mean and median pricing for the market.
