My folks are looking to lease out their home in far north Dallas (SW Grayson county) sometime later this year. When they used to have another rental property down in East Dallas, they took care of everything themselves from screening applicants, collecting rent, maintenance, etc. They are now older and wanting to pay someone else to do this for them, especially since they're moving 3.5 hours away. Any recommendations or tips on the process? Also, what do fees typically look like? Truthfully, I'm not much help to them on this as I've never had rental property (yet) so any guidance is appreciated. TIA
