Looking for contractors in those 3 fields.
House is in "downtown" Freeport.
We have a handful on inspection items that id like to get pricing on before our option period expires. I can provide an inspection report with photos and am comfortable with estimates - not quotes. I just need to bring something to the table that's in the ballpark. I'm also comfortable with 1 guy with good subs. Don't be shy.
Elec - Need to swap a bunch of GFCIs in and troubleshoot discontinuity at the Dryer plug.
Plumb - Need to install a hot water heater drain pan and swap out some under sink connections.
Foundation - House is peir and beam. One piling along the exterior is leaning a bit and the shim at the top isn't making much contact.
