You don't want to be anywhere near that sketchers, I mean, Checkers right there on Holleman.

You buying my old house? I don't really think Anderson is the cutoff the issue area is really west of Glade, for sure once you get to Taurus or Dexter you are entering no mans land. The state streets over there are toxic. I lived for years next to the park at anderson and Holik and would still move back there. Sold far to cheap buy guy I sold it to rents it and requires a 3 year lease. Keeps the students out the little churn. Think his first renter was there for 12 years.
Think Dubi lives in that general area and has a rent house close there also. As I remember theirs was just north of holleman off glade.
