I believe there were past threads with lenders on here that will help with bridge loans.

I have multiple properties/high income but currently strapped for a down payment on a rental property that I am interested in. I would like to go in with a cash offer then convert it to a conventional loan in 3-4 months.

I have a property I am willing to do a 1031 that is half of the new property but have to see if the seller is willing to wait on this. If not, then I hope buy it with a cash bridge loan and convert it to a conventional in 3-4 months.


I would love to discuss if I have any options.
