I need help finding someone to appraise my late father's house and property in Springtown, Texas to get a quill executed. I've called no less than 15 different companies and received nothing. Mostly no call backs and "I don't do that anymore".

Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!

Have you called a realtor? Not sure what appraisal is being requested or requires to value that property but realtors are in the business of performing that service.

I have used realtor valuations with some success in negotiating lower tax valuations, for example.
