We're happy with our current rental property management company that manages one single-family home for us. Will be having them take over another.
For the first house they take:
- 75% of first month's rent
- 10% of monthly rent thereafter
Honestly, not much is included in those fees.
We will manage these ourselves again one day but, for now, they're a necessary evil. Any tips for negotiating with them on the second property?
