We just closed on the sale of our home in Katy using Jamie as our listing agent. From the first phone call to discuss our situation, he has been professional, timely and very detail oriented. Even though it is a sellers market, he used his experience and knowledge of the market to get our home listed and under contract in 2 days for well (20%) over asking price. Oh and coordinated 100+ showings! His entire team was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Sounds crazy I know. Listed on a Thursday morning and we had 13 offers by Friday afternoon and decided to stop showings. It was pretty chaotic but I have to give Jamie credit, he made it a breeze for us.

Another vote for Jamie and Red Pear here! We really enjoyed working with him and we ended up closing at a significantly higher higher price than the other agents we interviewed expected we would. That 1% deal is pretty sweet too, especially since we were moving into a wayyy higher housing cost region and the extra cash helped us out on the other end.

1
