Looking at a home in Stonebridge Ranch in Mckinney. A little over 4,000 sqft.

Can anyone help me out with what you currently are paying for electric, gas, water/sewer.

The home was not lived in for about 6 months and the information was not in the disclosure.

It also has a pool/spa so of you have that even a better comp.

I'd budget $0.18 cents per KWH for electricity plus about $0.02-3 per gallon of water. You're going to pay more than you expected. That's a guarantee.

Power depends on how energy efficient it is

Water generally how many people live there

I'd say $600 in the summer for power

Water and trash $150

Internet $100

Current 3-year electric rates are 14 cents/kWh all in.
