I'm a Realtor in Sugar Land near Houston. I have a client and her mom is wanting to sell her property in the Longview area. Any suggestions for a good agent in the Longview area would be appreciated. Thought I would start here first before doing my normal search process. TIA

Melanie Northcutt was recommended to a friend and they had nothing but good things to say about how helpful she was and how easy she was to work with. They were pleased enough that I remember them talking about the experience.

I'm from Longview and a buddy I grew up with there is a Realtor. He's not an Aggie but is a really great guy with plenty of experience. I'd 100% trust him to do an excellent job.
