Lol. I have a non-immediate family member who lives (or lived) there, renting. He's pretty freaking screwed. I think the moral of this story is don't live in a high rise if you can avoid it.

Had some friends who lived there basically right after it opened, awesome place, always wondered about those buildings so close to the bayou. Also it floods there all the time. Did it ever get up high enough to flood that first floor during Harvey?

I've known several people that lived there over the years and the building has always had problems. Went to a bad ass party in one of the penthouses years ago that was raided. That was fun.
