I don't know if AT&T does this, but some companies rely on Google Maps for addresses to be in their system. This will affect other things you try to do online if your house is built but the address still isn't there, so it's worth it to go into Google Maps now and suggest an edit.
I've found it's easiest to do this on your phone. For some reason on a desktop the options seem mostly geared towards businesses, not residential addresses. Go to Google Maps app, find your home location, hold down on the location to drop a pin. At the bottom some options will pop up, but not all of them. Swipe up to see everything. You should then see "Suggest an edit on dropped pin." Select "fix an address." (If your road isn't on the map, you may want to also "Add or fix a road.") You may need to move the map around to reposition the pin again at this point. Once the pin is in the correct location, hit Next up at the top, and then put in all your address info on the next page and submit.
I did this myself because I couldn't sign up for home insurance due to the same issue - address not in their system. After Google reviewed and added it, which took a day or two, by the next day I was able to sign up with that insurer.
