Any concerns? Are you trying to sell? Have you stuck it out to fight?

Is it going to be built? I looked at land in that area several years ago and the land seemed to be discounted

This was a planned boondoggle from the jump. Wasn't 2025 the year it was going to be completed? Maybe just another $20B should be enough to get those shovels ready. Or $40B. I can't be sure.

OP...
I've got property along the proposed route. It WILL NOT be built. They're broke. The CEO has stepped down, and the Board has dissolved. Last I heard there were 2 people still on the payroll. They're quietly selling tracts that they did purchase. In the counties where they have purchased land, they are behind on the property taxes.

All true except for the selling tracts part; they are selling portions of land they don't need where they bought whole tracts from people. What's left of the company is still trying to make it happen, it's just not going to.
