Is Capital Farm Credit limited to borrowers that only reside in certain counties regardless of where the collateral is located?

Just closed today on some property with Capital Farm Credit as our lender and they were wonderful. 10/10 would recommend.

They were also highly recommended by most everyone I talked to.

Not sure on your question but we reside in Harris County and purchased in Brazos County. I don't think they're limited by geographical areas for the most part assuming you mean most parts of Texas.

I worked with a guy out of their Belleville office so that's three different areas in Texas for one transaction.
