feedback = the listing photos are super dark. you should definitely get a professional to do the photos.

I agree with better pics going a long way. I don't know if bringing in furniture for staging would be cost-prohibitive but I think it could help with buyers.

If you hired an agent, they should be covering professional photography for your listing. I also throw in a 4K video walkthrough as well. Photos make a HUGE difference in your ability to sell and for a fair price. Right now you are fighting with both hands tied behind your back. Good luck!

Do Redfin listings even show up on the local MLS? If not, I wouldn't even see the house if I was searching in the area.

Yes, feel ya there! But looks like an agent is listed on Redfin already and those are the pictures you got. So instead of fighting over $300, when it is your house on the line, get some prof pictures taken asap and roll.

Yes, agree about the other comment, too. Need to list on local mls for broader exposure.
