Looking for a 4th roommate in College Station for the Spring 2023 semester. We live in south cstat in a subdivision called Southern Trace. Currently there are 4 males that live in the house and we are looking for a 4th after one of us graduate in December. This would only be for the spring semester and you would be taking over one portion of the rent. Rent is $400/month + utilities. Usually comes out to $500/month in the end.
