I've got 7 acres of land out near Millican that I dont want to sell but was thinking someone might want to use as a business location... I've got a business out there already but I'm getting too old to keep up with it.. It does have a building/house on the property but we cant use it as a generic home rental without extensive renovations because we removed most of the kitchen and there is no bath/shower... which we didnt need for my business that we've had there for 18 years...

any ideas?

Trying not to.. Last time i talked to him he told me my commercial space was unrentable (on Harvey Mitchell ) and since then I've rented it 3-4 times... so goes to show you something or other..

I try not to.. last time I used them it cost me $10,000 just to get them to sign papers....
