We are looking at trying to rent out our house during the Spring / summer months and use it during the football season. I've reached out to a few property management companies that only want to do yearly rentals. Does anyone have suggestions / recommendations on a property management company that would do medium term rentals (3-6 months)?

Maybe list it on Furnished Finders & get traveling nurses? Most of them sign up for 3 month contracts.

Gonna be hard to find people to fill the house for 3-6 months at a time. Especially when you want to reserve the primo months of the year for rentals.

You can always try to vrbo or airbnb it and just set it up with a minimum amount of nights, 30, 60, 90, etc...

You can then have a management company deal with it if you didn't want the hassle.
