This property is not yet listed, but we are working with a realtor to get it listed soon. I figured I'd give fellow Ags first crack at it if anyone is interested. It's perfect for new development.

My FIL has a one-acre parcel of three 1/3-acre lots. We're going to sell one lot to pay off all his debts. We expect it to be listed for $95K-99K based on comps in the area.

Location can be seen HERE. It is a couple minute drive to the burgeoning Valley Ranch Town Center campus that has almost everything you need (Kroger, Target, Cinemark, Academy, Whataburger, etc.)

The lot being sold has an existing water meter and driveway. There are two outbuildings on the property that will be demolished and removed prior to closing. We are in the process of hiring a surveyor to complete a survey of this lot so we can have the lot replatted as a standalone parcel.

We are also willing to consider offers for the other two lots or all three together without replatting. The other two lots have his mobile home on them. We are going to try to convince my FIL to move to an apartment community closer to us, so having an offer on the rest of the property would go a long way to helps us get him to move.
