Howdy folks!

Our home is approaching 10 years old this April and we would like to have a structural engineer report on the condition of the foundation. The only concerns we see are there are a few areas where tiles have cracked, however we noticed those many years ago with no noticeable progression of the cracks thereafter.

Looking for some quality referrals of engineers familiar with the Buda area, especially East of IH35.

Where in Buda are you? I did an open house last summer in the Sunfield community and many of the neighbors were complaining about bad foundations. I talked to my go to home inspector and he gave me the following contacts. Good luck!
