Interested in putting a development deal together in this space. I would like to speak with someone with experience in this space from the ground up.

I was thinking sometting like 1250/SF office, 3750 sf warehouse, fenced work yard area. X 8-10 units.

I'm currently in the process of building 4, 6000 sq ft, office/warehouse buildings in Central Texas. Where are you looking to build? Hard for anyone to make referrals without that first step.
