Anyone have any 4+ bedroom homes in BCS (preferably Bryan) available for lease by the end of next month? I am utilizing all of the online sites, but thought I would try here as well. Trying to stay at or under $2100. I am also willing to pay a full year's rent upfront if the price is right.

I am willing to sign a lease up to the end of next July if that is what is needed, but have to be out of my current place by April 31st.

We have a 4-BR, 2 BA, single story, brick home in College Station on a side street from Deacon Drive. It has a large back yard and a two-car garage. 1628 sq. ft with an additional 462 ft. for the garage. We've had it off the market for a while to make repairs and renovations, including a new fence that offers extensive privacy and a new gas range. We've rented it out in the past to families and would like to continue to avoid undergraduate students. It's in a very nice neighborhood. Thanks. Dave
