I have been to several estate sales put on by GRIT(get rid of it) and have found the experience to be positive from the buy side.

On that note, we love a good estate sale. Any stuff the board may be interested in?

I'd suggest posting some larger or higher valued items on TexAgs. Bet you could move them and not get eaten up on the consignment that the estate sale firm will nail you with.

I am a coin collector if they have any of that stuff that they would like me to make an offer

I have been told and do not know how true but furniture is a 60/40 split. 40 is customer

Give Caring Transitions a look. They do online auctions. They have lots of franchises in Texas.

I like Nostalgiana Estate Sales, they've done a good job at the estate sales that I've bought stuff at and for some of my family friends who used them.
