Any Knoxville area realtors on here who can pull some comps for me? Our daughter is moving out of her condo this summer and I think we'll sell the condo. The HOA manger will send the notice w/ price out to current owners, but I'm not exactly sure how to price it. Not much recent volume that I can see on Zillow.

Pulling comps is a task for the listing agent. You need locals to access the MLS. Zillow does not have closed sale pricing or access to MLS.

Forgot about Redfin. Yes they are supposed to have sales data. Good catch. I'd still rely on a local agent

Sorry - should have been more clear in the OP. I am looking for locals to pull the comps. I'll check RedFin.

My wife is a Realtor and we live in the Knoxville area. Send me an email and your contact information and I'll forward it to her.

By the way, the estimated price of our home on Redfin is way overstated, about $100,000 more than Zillow.
