Friday bump. Last lease I signed (this week) got ELEVEN applications and went a couple of hundred dollars over asking price....It was offered at $3,000 for a 2/1 that is 975 SF in this area. If you know a good Ag or two or three that are moving to Houston, this would be a great home for them!
