Trying to get my house ready to sell and I need to order new appliances. I don't know which price-point to choose.
Full rennovation with a target sales price is about $375,000 and I'm told the appliances have to be stainless.
Location: 77084
Size: 2400 sf
Age 1980
Need:
Range, slide in 30" gas or dual fuel.
Fridge: any size will fit
Microwave: built in
Dishwasher.
Overall question, is do I put a $1000, $2000, or $3000 range? $1500, 2000, or $3000 fridge? $500 or $1000 dishwasher? What would you put in? Gas or dual fuel range? Side by side or french door fridge? What do you think will give me a good return on my investment? Too many choices for me to know what's appropriate for my price points. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

And I can afford it, so why not. I no longer go for the cheapest, I go for what best fits my need but I never waste money. I suggest you do the same if you can afford it. Life is too short to go cheap every time.
