Rare bird unless you go apartment. Not many 2 bedroom places have been built recently. The old ones were generally 1 or 1.5 bath.

If possible look for close to campus to walk or ride a bike as an option. Or bus route. Parking for students is a pain

We've got a 3/2 on the campus side of Thomas Park that hasn't rented yet. We get about $1800 per month I believe ( my wife is much more involved than I am). Maybe more than they are looking to spend, but if they could find a roommate…
