Hi, I am currently a Real Estate Agent in Dallas. My parents are in the process of moving into a retirement community, and we will be selling their house, which is located in The Woodlands. I already have a off-market cash buyer interested in the house, so I am looking to see if someone in the Woodlands area would be interested in running a market analysis on their neighborhood for me. I already have a good idea what the price of the house should be, but wanted confirmation from a Agent that works in that area.
