Got my email offer from brazos cad. They had marked us up 29% now they have come down to 14 after our protest. Trying to see if its worth it to go fight for more (the hearing) or if thats the best im gonna get this year. Anyone else have any better luck?

How does your reduction compare against the comps? I got a $3k reduction so I'm going to the ARB but had a neighbor go last week and they were so stretched there was only one ARB member sitting in and they met them half way.

My ARB is this Thursday so I can let you know how it goes! I'm arguing on unequal assessment compared to piers. Trying to get a $201/valuation that my literal next door neighbor has vs what they have me at with $218/sf.
