I'm interested in a home that came up for sale, but would need to sell mine first, and it needs some updating and repairs. While looking into bridge loans, etc, I came across Orchard. It seems to fit what I'm wanting to do pretty well. Interested to see if anyone has actually used them before and has any first hand experience with them.

I've used Jay Hurst (forum sponsor) for three bridge loans in the past with no issues.

I don't have any experience with Orchard other than their Facebook ads, but it seems to fall into the "if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is" category.

Don't use Orchard. Had them crawfish a deal last summer. I've done tons of those deals with Jay. Use the Aggie network, not the crawfish network.
