I've used Brook to buy and sell 3 homes. She knows her stuff, and has good connections. The last home we purchased was under contract before it hit MLS. We bought in 18 when houses were selling as quickly as they were being listed. Not sure what you're looking to do OP but Gatesville has several unique factors that can affect their market. Fort Hood comes up to the city limits and TDCJ. Both sides of my family are from there. I still have family there so I'm pretty familiar with it and if I were looking for an agent there I'd pick on from one of the Main Street offices. Obviously any licensee can help you but these small towns are different.
