Posted this on the Central Texas forum but realized it's dead over there.

Anybody bought a home recently or work in real estate and have a good referral? Looking for someone that can do it all but if general and HVAC need separate inspectors that's fine too. Thanks in advance for any input.

I have used Inspection Time out of Temple. They did inspections for me all the way in Del Valle and Manor. Got the report through a website and was good at documenting.
