What is this boards view on traditions property?

Im not looking at one of the lot developments in the back but more interested in the homes/lots for sale near the club that were part of the original development.

I don't know now, but I wished I would've bought one of the original condos or casitas. Seemed like it had good price appreciation.

Seems like B/CS continues to grow and as long as more retirees keep moving, traditions is a natural destination.
