Howdy, all. My wife and I are thinking about a couple of homes and we saw a home that was built buy Princeton Classic Homes around New Braunfels. Does anyone have any feedback on this builder and the quality of the home? We are downsizing and while I do not expect the same build quality as the current house that we are in, I wanted to see if it was a junk builder or not.

I saw a couple of Brightland (formally Gehan) homes too. I was a bit skeptical of their quality and the reviews are not great for this builder. But, I cannot tell what the truth is between mad customers posting only bad experiences online or actually having a cheap builder. But the reviews on the Princeton homes was way better.

The homes that Gehan built adjacent to our neighborhood are complete junk. I watched the build process on them because we walk a lot and we would just shake our heads at the stuff they put up.

Yeah that is the same type of thing I have read with reviews. When I walked through the 2 homes the other day, they seemed questionable. But the Princeton reviews are better and the home my wife and I are seeing as a front runner seems quite a bit better than the Gehan homes (being that we cannot see behind the walls, I am taking it with a grain of salt).
