Can any of the mortgage lenders on here give me a ballpark rate and points for a second home in Colorado (Eagle County)? House is $1mm with 20% down, so mortgage would be $800,000. Don't think that's a jumbo in Eagle County. Credit scores between 750 - 780.

I'm working with a lender I've worked with before but want a sanity check.

Not directly on point but I got 6.75 for a construction loan in Ouray COunty, which was a little lower than I expected (and got elsewhere).

30 year fixed would be mid 7's for a second home with 20% down assuming 750 credit and 45 day close is a ball park. Love to send you some numbers. We have been the title sponsor for this board since its inception. My email is my screen name here.

I'm f you're looking to buy as an investment property you probs want to research the STR restrictions and bans happening all across CO.

As a resident of Eagle county, it's just a matter of time before they're enacted here.

Down valley in Gypsum on the golf course. Wish it was a little closer for skiing, but got more house for the money … and we'll spend more time up there in the summers.

The ECO busses are fantastic during ski season. Eagle Valley P&R is money, you can also get a local parking pass for VTC. I think Eagle county residents non vail get like a 30% discount maybe 40%. You pick them up from
Under the vail police station.

If you're up here during ski season lmk! I can get you into the lion square lodge lot for free 100 ft from the gondola.
