Do any of you know of a source that tracts starts, closings, and lot deliveries in Houston? In Dallas I would go to RSI. Bonus points if there is something that breaks things down by submarket.

FRED has a ton of free data for different MSA's. Here is everything for Houston:

And here is just housing starts:

I don't see completions but they may call it something different by MSA.
