Please buy my parents' house so they can move to the Hill Country with us! (Near us, not in with us!)

They are the kind of people who do not let problems linger. If something breaks or needs maintenance, they take care of it right away. They are the original owners (we moved there middle of my junior year of high school - that was fun).

The house is clean AF thanks to my Martha Stewart-like mom.

Yes, the kitchen cabinets are a jarring blue.

No. Never flooded. Made it thru Oct '94 and Harvey which were the worst floods in their hood. Homes on their street closer to North Park flooded but they must be at a high point.

gotta add in $10K to paint the inside

good looking home though. Seems like there's some parts of Kingwood that offer a lot more "bang for your buck" than other burbs.

My parents sold their place on Scenic Valley that is very similar to this house last summer for a similar price. It sold very fast.

Correct. $144/SF puts my house in KW about $40,000 higher than I think it would take. $130/SF might do it.

It's just paint!

Now we're in mad scramble to find something for them out by the house we're building so they don't have to move in with us temporarily!
