Looking to purchase a house in Tulum and wanted to know if anyone has experience/recommendations on the best way to form a Fideicomiso. Wife is a dual citizen (MX/US) but my duality isn't (US/Colombia) so to purchase in both our names we'd need to form a Fideicomiso unless we put it solely her her name which she actually doesn't want. Any advice or recommendations and pitfalls to watch? We'd be using Banorte as the trustee since that's where we have our MX bank accounts.
