Are you wanting a private sale for a home/lot that isn't listed? There are some nice houses listed on HAR right now.

You may already be doing this, but if you haven't ...

I would get with a realtor at Sand N Sea, and let them know you are looking. They are located in PB, and often have pocket listings due to the the rental pool they manage.

yup, a friend sold his house in 2022 for double what he bought it for in 2019... and he sold it with all kinds of problems from the freeze and hurricane and it still sold for double... insane.
